Recently, France Telecom, Litsoft and Wuhan Donghu Hi-tech Development Zone jointly signed an agreement to officially ensure the settlement of France Telecom and Litsoft (Wuhan) Joint off Shore R&D Center in optics valley of Wuhan, which is the third Fortune 500 soft outsourcing service centre entering the optics valley in the wake of EDS and IBM.
France Telecom is one of world-leading telecom operators, which has nearly 160m users in more than 220 countries and regions. Last year, revenue of the Group reached USD65.9b, ranking the 82nd among Fortune 500. Litsoft, whose headquarters is located in Beijing, member enterprise of Lenovo Group, firstly introduced CMM into China with its businesses covering such fields as TOA, customer relation management, call centre, business intelligence and enterprise application integration, and set up its branches in Wuhan, Shenzhen and so on. Wuhan Joint off Shore Development Centre will mainly undertake France Telecom’s businesses including customer relation management, call centre, business intelligence and enterprise application integration. |
