Italy Reported China’s Management Capacity of Government Affair was an Important Factor in Attracting Foreign Investment

It was quoted by Il Sole 24 ORE on May 6 from a research report of World Band and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences that China’s management capacity of government affair was an important performance of competitiveness in Chinese cities attracting foreign investment. The report mentioned several indicators, including the required time for assets registration, the approach of opening business and the operating costs. And the report particularly concerned with two important cities in western China, Chongqing and Chengdu, whose high efficiency in managing government affairs made them strengthen the competitiveness of attracting foreign capital.
